Ar. Alfred Joseph P. Asanza is a licensed architect with over 15 years
of experience spanning custom single-family homes, multi-unit residential
developments, commercial, and industrial projects. He earned his
Architecture degree from the University of Santo Tomas and pursued
Master’s units in Urban Design at the University of the Philippines.
While growing his practice, he also became an educator at UST’s
College of Architecture, mentoring the next generation of architects.
Now pursuing a Master’s in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute
of Management, he leads KI with a vision for innovation, efficiency,
and nation-building—ensuring every project upholds the company’s
commitment to precision, quality, and integrity.

Director for Projects Implementation

With over 15 years of experience in design, construction management,
and project execution, Ar. Rogene A. Caracta ensures that KI’s projects
are implemented efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
His expertise spans end-to-end project oversight, from conception to
completion, ensuring smooth coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
His leadership in project implementation plays a crucial role in maintaining
client satisfaction, operational excellence, and construction efficiency.

Director for Design & Production

Engr. Francisco B. Vargas Jr. is a seasoned structural engineer and
contractor with over 20 years of experience handling private, commercial,
and government projects. As KI’s Director for Design & Production,
he ensures that engineering strategies align with the company’s design
vision, overseeing the development of construction drawings, cost
estimates, and technical specifications. His deep technical expertise
strengthens KI’s ability to deliver structurally sound, efficient,
and high-quality projects.

Director for HR & Administration

HR Admin & Finance With over 15 years in the real estate and construction
industry, Ar. Fed Richmond M. Feliciano brings extensive experience
in project implementation, client relations, and development planning.
Having worked on urban design, retail, mixed-use developments, residential,
and hospitality projects, he understands the demands of high-level
construction management. As KI’s Director for HR & Administration,
he focuses on strengthening internal operations, cultivating talent,
and building a high-performance team that aligns with KI’s culture
of professionalism, leadership, and execution.

Director for Marketing & Business Development

Ar. Benj Sanvictores II is a business strategist with over 20 years of
experience across various industries. Holding a double Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Ateneo de Manila University and
the University of San Francisco, he has led multiple companies in different
capacities since 2002. At KI, he is responsible for driving business growth,
expanding market presence, and building strong client partnerships.
With a keen focus on sustainability and business development, he leads
KI’s efforts in securing new opportunities and positioning the company
for long-term success.
